Germane Foil Jaeger by VulnePro Germane Foil Jaeger by VulnePro
Another early concept for Theos Ke Polemos. A sentient floating gun platform designed to attack combat FOILs (large bipedal bio-organic mecha). There's an obvious WWII Germany vibe in the look and cammo patterns on this thing once again. There's something fascinating about how the various militaries in WWII (especially Germany) went bananas with some out there ideas in camouflage and it's something I carry over into the notion of a future setting with that same kind of crazy. Overall the look I wanted for it was a cross between steampunk and retro WWII Germany.

I don't believe the Komet was the direct inspiration for this one but might have been a part of it. It's been awhile so I'm hazy on this one. I think I had more of a composite notion of German WWII aircraft when I did this one, even down to the buzz bombs. This one's an older piece I can see possibly coming back to and doing another take on it. I still dig it a lot as it is too though :) Thanks again ;)

can i talk you out of a view of the underside (so i can get all the little sensor eyes correct) and another of the front? with those the model will be pretty simple in workflow...the falwless curves may be a tad of a challenge but the rest should be pretty easy.
