Its been crazy busy of late so I havent been able to work on these guys quite as much as I like but heres a new one none the less. Expect more to come for sure though. This guys a weird one and from a new company in the setting: Ileman-Loch. This companies FOILs tend to have a more natural visual appearance with some artisan design aesthetics sprinkled in as well but overall less stylistically driven visually than the Jeindel Gavil FOILs and their heavy Futurist vibe. Clearly the machine is even more leaning in an almost Pterodactyl look to it with its crazy head design. The FOILs name Tromos Myti means Terrible Beak in Greek, seemed an amusing name to give it. Also, since quite a few of you asked, what does FOIL mean its an acronym actually
Faedai: The engineered racial strain of sendai that are created specifically for piloting these giant armor frames.
Omni: directional movement of 360 degrees due to the enigmatic
Icar: The Icar drive, an antigravitic devise in all FOILs which allow these titanic machines flight and balance stability and other strange properties.
Leviathan: The final (coined by the shadowy antagonist agency in the story behind a great deal of things) designation for FOILs, the re-imagining ancient creatures of myth.
I thought I had posted something about this before but indeed I guess I hadnt. There you go, thats what it means.
Oh, alsmot forgot to note XD dubbed this fella Gonzo due to it's crazy look. My friend said it looked like a Skeksis from The Dark Crystal. I pretty much just let my pencil do the talking when I did the thumb rough for this guy so it was pretty much what was in my empty head at the time... weirdness and dinos I guess

Wow, that is a great looking mecha. Reminds me of ZOE, i'm guessing that's where you got your inspiration from for this certain piece. It is an ultra sleek looking mecha, good job!
Yeah, it takes time, no question. All you can do is set aside time when you can but I so know what you mean. Right now I'm beyond busy with other projects. Thanks man
