Too much contrast in the camo? Depends. In some environments that could be just right. Also, a blur is not necessarily the most effective camo. Often it is better to use contrasts to disrupt the shape of the object.
The stock is too narrow to be confortable. It looks nice, but were anyone to actually produce it, adding an inch or two to it's butt would be worth it.
Also, unless I'm mistaken, this is intended for the 'middleman's' role of rifleman. However, the barrel is far too long, and it would be deadly to the user in close-mid range confrontations. On the other hand, it would be -perfect- for a support gunner or marksman/sniper role. Of course, this lies on the assumption that wars in the future are similar to modern day. Perhaps the advent of laser weaponry has vastly extended the average distance of confrontations to the point where the standard assault rifle could and should be long-range. Maybe, as marching in lines as per the Revolutionary period dissappeared, so has the norm of close-range warfare.
I also agree with what has been said about the camo; it is too high contrast to be of much use. However, I must admit that it looks pretty damn awesome the way it is, and I wouldn't change it myself.
Again, I like this design, and my criticism is simply my own perspective.
It is a little too long to be considered an assault rifle
I like the camo and the ported barrel.
