Indeed, these are the Terran Trade Authority Minnows from the book Spacecraft 2000 to 2100 AD. Any of you out there who are familiar with the books will know they are based on a painting by Colin Hay and that I added C1 to the designation because mine are a tad different. This CG paint is for brand new reprints of the TTA books [link] being published by Morrigan Press [link] who has purchased the rights to do this material as a pen and paper RPG. A pretty cool blast from the past if you ask me

I will be doing CG paints more in the tradition of the originals and this is the first one so far, it’s also nothing like the original in the book. I figure any paints I do I want to do new colors on the ships, new settings, etc, just have fun with it. This piece is mostly done, save some additional tweaks (my PC has been doing random shutdowns using heavy RAM cruncher like Photoshop, it’s the fan, dirty again).
