Ileman-Loch Aetarius and Auaris SOMR line art posted on the Vulne Pro blog. More to come very soon, and, yes, more posts to DA as well
Thursday Feb 24: posted the line art for the Nas-Farbute and Stumgeist 5th Gen EVO foils on the Vulne Pro Blog. I also offer some insight into why I have presented the TKP art in the manner it has been thus far. Those of you who are old school fans of classic anime will likely understand right away. The new line art presentations will be on the blog for awhile exclusively, then end up on DA and Pixiv. More and more the blog will be the place a lot of first peeks and previews will end up so thanks, always, for the support and enthusiasm for our work.
Tuesday Feb 15th: posted a series of process images for an older Theos KE Polemos image art piece 'And the Signal' on the Vulne Pro blog. I had intended to post it on DA, back when I created the original piece but that got sidetracked. I think the blog is a great place to share this first. As I noted in the previous journal posting here we intend to post a lot of work on the blog not featured here so if you're following the Theos work it might be of interest to check it out from time to time.

Happy New Year! 2020, and onward...
As we roll into 2020 and close out 2019 I can say, overall, the year was pretty good. 2019 opened, for me, with a really lucrative and cool concept art gig with Animal Logic Sydney on an animated feature film they have in development, which they have since revealed it's existence and title on their site:

The artwork featured is one of the pieces I did for the film, with a few cool edits by them post gig (still most of what's there is what I did for them). I was actually contacted by them (out of nowhere, which was a pleasant surprise), in November of 2018, and invited to contribute to
Vulne Pro Patreon and list of Deviant print files
I did post a status update in July announcing the launch of a Vulne Pro Patreon but I've honestly not had the time to properly promote it in lieu of the circumstances that have led to my return to art full time. A journal post seems a reasonable thing to do to remind and plug the Patreon page again. August was a month of getting things in order and easing back into the groove, September is going to be about increasing the pace and continuing to dig through the piles of older work in order to reject or build on things going forward. In any event, please drop a look, or support if inclined, at the Patreon page. I'm happy to be back but I ultima
Been a long time since I rock n' rolled...
I've been meaning to get around to this post for some time but, as many who may still follow this gallery and studio might have guessed, it's been a long dry spell of posts. It's been a busy and chaotic few years as I continue to take care of my Father who has dementia. Overall it's manageable but, as you would expect, there are days and there are days. He's been continuing to do quite well though so I can't complain. This, of course, is why posting frequency has gone into the negative integers here, not a lamentation but simply the reality of more important priorities.
This isn't going to be a woe is me, life's hard post or anything of that
Summer a blur... Fall of the post-ening-a-ning...
Well, that didn't quite go as planned.
Clearly my intent to return to posting in a reasonable fashion after the last journal entry didn't materialize... it's been quite an exhausting summer. There's no need to go into detail beyond my Father is doing well but otherwise still has memory/dementia issues that can be rather time consuming depending. Unfortunately and most sadly, there was the passing of my Aunt (on my Mom's side) in July as well which really has consumed much of what remained of summer. Since her passing I have been helping my Mom sort out her estate so that has taken quite a lot of time and is still ongoing. As I noted in the
