And pew, pew (shooty McBang, bang) weeked continues...
Here we have a Jeindel automatic shettier, model s350 Stürmer. Jiendel is a Polemon based manufacturer known for it's combat FOILs but like many SOL corporate entities they make small arms as well. With Dies being Jiendel's major competitor in FOIL design often you'll see both companies sharing similar design aesthetics and philosophies. It's not surprising to see Jiendel's auto shettiers are visually sharing a lot of design cues with Dies.
This example here is a rather stunning looking weapon with clear deco (mutated TKP deco) flourishes and a sense of visual flair. The frame is a form of hardened combat ceramic (often used in FOIL armor, especially early gen models), the top slide composite alloy, and the grips simulated Bakelite. The weapon is capable of both semi and full auto fire.
This one also started from riffing off old west 1800s revolvers and autos. Though with this design I brought in a lot of modern cues but it was, overall, another exercise in deconstructed aspects of those old guns and putting these cues in the TKP blender.
Pencil thumb converted to digital inks and colors in Photoshop CS3.
